Beautiful Pain: Finding Strength and Grace in the Scars We Carry

Honey, you may feel like you are all sewn together, but you are looking good and fighting well. Our scars are only visible signs to remind us of how we never gave in or gave up. We fight because we must…because we are worth it! To all my Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Chiari Warriors and chronic illness friends…we are fighting the good fight and we are not less…our stories are beautiful and stories of strength, perseverance and enduring grace.
